Nine thousand square feet, fully indoor, climate controlled, with on-site parking and entrances under the green awnings on the east and west sides.
Solara Hall
The big room, made for unforgettable nights. Signature chandeliers glow beneath greenery-accented beams, while sweeping white drapery frames a space that transforms from a 200-guest celebration to an intimate dinner with a warm, romantic touch. Flexible layouts, ambient lighting and portable AV are included.

The Halo Room
The intimate one. Flowing drapery framing a single chandelier, scaled for ceremonies, breakout sessions, cocktail hours, and seated dinners for up to 80. It holds 150 for ceremony seating.

Walk in off Venture Drive and the room does the first part: chandeliers, drapery, greenery over a polished floor. Our team does the rest. We are customer service people first, and we are the reason clients come back: we help with vendors, logistics, and layouts, take on partial-to-full planning when you want it (an additional service), or simply hand you the keys to a beautiful room.

How many guests can you hold?
Tables, linens, and chairs are included for up to 150 guests. We offer options to exceed 150 for up to 200 guests for an additional rental fee plus $35 per additional guest. Layout options are more limited with 200 guests.
How many does each room hold?
The Halo Room holds up to 80 guests seated, or 150 for ceremony seating. Solara Hall holds up to 200 guests seated.
What time can we get in, and when does the event end?
Depending on your package, earliest access is 12:00 PM and events conclude by 10:00 PM. Time extensions are available if you need more time.
Do you really do more than weddings?
Yes, and we love it. Conferences, award ceremonies, lunch turnovers, galas and fundraisers, holiday parties, networking mixers, styled shoots, quinceañeras, celebrations of life. Event packages start at $1,500 and include a portable AV system with a microphone.
Can we bring our own caterer and alcohol?
Yes to both. Bring the caterer you love (caterers outside our preferred list provide a certificate of insurance), and provide your own alcohol served by a TIPS-certified bartender or a full-service bar service (we know some great ones!). No cash bar and no liquor sales on site.
How do deposits and payments work?
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit (50% of the venue rental fee) reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your event. Rescheduling requests are handled in writing per your contract.
Do you provide setup and cleanup?
Yes, we include setup of venue-provided tables, chairs, linens, and the ceremony area. You and your vendors are responsible for setting up and removing or cleaning up any decor, equipment, personal items, or other materials brought into the venue.
What happens if it rains?
Nothing. The Arabella is fully indoor, air conditioned, and heated. Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing all happen under one roof, whatever Colorado decides that day.
Where do my guests park?
We're at 4520 Venture Dr #100 in Johnstown, near I-25 and Highway 34. On-site parking surrounds the building. Enter under the green awnings on the east or west side. See the parking map.
